Role	Java Architect
Mandatory Functional/Desirable Skills	Should be apt with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, specifications, development, test, product release, and maintenance engineering and should be thorough with Java, J2ee, Swings, Java Swings, Struts Framework, Top link, Web Logic, Oracle, Application Components, Database Interfaces, object oriented design methodology and application development in java and J2EE 1.4 using UML, including servlets, JSP, EJB 2.0, JMS, JDBC, JTA, JNDI, JMX and JAAS. They have to define enterprise architecture in an effective manner in order to support the business strategy of the company. They will be responsible for architecture and framework design of the project, researching, analyzing, designing and delivering solutions, performing design and code reviews on J2EE software components, providing technical expertise in technical architecture which consist of network, security, operating systems, systems software, infrastructure engineering and internet as well as application architecture and data architecture. Also, it is their responsibility to identify and solve the existing architecture weakness
