Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	• 7+ years of experience in the field of Java • 3+ years of experience with Apache/Camel • 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Soltuionin level • Extensive experience developing integratiions • Knowlidge on unix • Solid understanding of Java concepts • Technical team management experience including offshore team members • Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Roles and responsibility	ü Responsible for overall Java Soltuionin design and standards ü Lead Java Team ü Guide onshore and offshore  Developers to ensure standards are met ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects ü Stay current with emerging industry trends ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication ü Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – Java. Implement Java solutions with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results. Requirements
