Primary Responsibilities:
- Solid organizational skills, focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
- Provide support and leadership in production issue resolution
- Contribute to team success for data availability and accuracy
- Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis and recommend/execute corrective action plans
- Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
- Review the work of others through code reviews and unit testing, as needed
- Develop innovative approaches to complex issues
- Sought out as expert
- Serves as technical leader for assigned areas of subject matter expertise
- Work with onshore and offshore team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues.
- Coordinate and work with multiple other teams to achieve timely resolution of all production issues.
- Work with and Status with Business customers on work requests
Requirements:
- God development experience using NET, C# (.Net 4.0 and .Net 3.0)
- Experience working with SQL Server
- Experience working with VB6
- Experience working with BizTalk, WCF
- Experience working with SSIS
- Experience working with Classic ASP
- Experience working enterprise scheduling tools (preferably TWS).
- Experience translating customer requirements and desired outcomes to programmatic solutions with a low support footprint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and others)
- Proven verbal and written communication skills interacting with technical teams, business customers, project teams, and management
Preferred Assets:
- Experience with Tivoli work scheduler,
- Past experience in an Onshore SME Role.
- Healthcare Industry experience
