Job Title: Java Developer

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 12+ Months

 

BasicQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computersciences or related field required.

• 6 or more years of Java application developmentexperience required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills tocommunicate with customers, support personnel, application developmentpersonnel and management

• Ability to work in a team environment with multipleteam members, as well as productively as an individual.

 

Knowledge andexperience in the following technical areas is required:

• Java (multithreaded programming)

• Java Message Service (JMS)

• Java Web Services

• Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

• Java Unit Testing Framework (JUint)

• Spring Framework

• Apache Ant, Camel, log4j, Maven, and Struts

• eXtensible Markup Language (XML)

• XML Schema Definition (XSD)

• XML Path Language (XPath)

• Eclipse IDE

• Web Services Definition Language (WSDL)

• SQL

• Linux

 

Additionalknowledge in the following areas is desirable:•

Angular JavaScript (AngularJS)

• Java Server Faces (JSF)

• JavaScript

• jQuery

• Java Persistence API (JPA)

• JavaServer Pages (JSP)

• Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX)

• Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP)
