Job Description:
· Participate in the design and development of new programs and subprograms, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections existing software.
· Develop software code that complies with design specification and code software solutions to meet development and support deliverables by creating design components, develop code and testing changes that adhere to department standards, be easily maintainable, and have good system performance
Qualifications:
· Experience with object-oriented design and development of enterprise-class web applications
· 6+ years Java programming experience with Multi-threading and performance tuning experience
· 4+ years programming in UNIX environments; Solaris and / or Linux
· 2+ years RDBMS experience; UDB on Linux/Unix platform
· Demonstrated experience with 3-tier web application development utilizing Java, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, JavaScript, CSS
· Ability to solve complex software development/design issues
· Ability to write clean, coherent code following established coding guidelines.
· Strong process orientation and planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
· Good analytic, design, coding / testing and documentation skills.

Development Tools SQL - 6 + Years
Operating Systems/APIs UNIX - 6 + Years
Programming Languages Java - 6 + Years
Programming Languages JavaScript - 6 + Years
Programming Languages STRUTS - 2 - 4 Years
Programming Languages Unix Shell Scripting - 6 + Years
Strong interpersonal skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
