Position:    Genesys eservices Consultant
Location:   Sunnyvale; CA
Duration:   12+ Months

Required:- 
Experience with Genesys Customer Interaction Management (CIM) platform 
Experience with Genesys Multimedia components: Web API server, Interaction server, UCS, Chat server etc.
Experience with Genesys Multimedia Chat, E-Mail with end-to-end call flow and deployment
Knowledge of Business Process/Interaction workflow & Genesys routing strategies for Multimedia
Knowledge of Content Analysis, Screening, Knowledge Management with Genesys Classification Server
Knowledge of Web API server and APIs
Knowledge of Web Media/Open Media platform SDK
