Requirements:
A quality technical lead and not just a body for this-strong leadership skills is a must along with expertise of the product. Also need to be involved in pre-sales support (scoping) as well.
They're looking for support to be mostly onsite at their location for about 6 months.
They have already installed HIPS 9.5 SP1 and it is running in log only mode. So, basically what they need is someone who can look through all of the incoming data and determine the best method to switch from log only to blocking by reviewing the data line by line to determine what is acceptable and add those items to the trusted file list. What we would do is switch small amounts of users from log only to blocking as we implement the component, so it would be a phased upgrade.
